United States

  • Shipped via USPS or FedEx

  • Estimated delivery: 15–20 business days after dispatch

International

  • Estimated delivery: 15–30 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

⚠️ Please note: unexpected delays may occur due to customs, weather, seasonal demand, or global events.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

❌ Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@nomaira.com with the subject line:

    • “CANCEL MY ORDER”

    • “ADDRESS UPDATE”

  • After 24 hours (or once shipped), we’re unable to make changes.

🚪 Delivery Attempts

  • Carriers typically make two delivery attempts.

  • If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
